@TomRHickman Very interesting read thanks Tom. I see this chaos as purely Patel and Johnson showing how tough they are on borders for Brexit. Makes that and the lack of liberties as well as business makes no sense at all. Solution test arrivals with UK “world beating” test and trace facility.
